IG: I got these pics and descriptions off www.musiciansfriend.com. They have them priced at just shy of $700 and $850. The stock pickups on the RGT42FXQM are good. The Bridge pickup delivers massive crunch, but I found the Neck pickup to be Bassy and somewhat muddy tonewise for my taste. The RGT6EXFX Model comes with an EMG 81-85 Set (my personal preferance). Check out http://www.ibanez.com/eg/series.aspx?s=rg_fixed from the Ibanez website for all the different models. The Wizard II neck is very thin and the fretboard radius is 16″ and can take some getting use to if you normally play a Fender or Gibson, but the large cutouts allow exceptional access to the upper frets (and having 24 frets is cool too!).
As for a knitted guitar cover – I think it would get snagged on the guitar. Sorry dear:-(
If none of this makes sense please see the comments from yesterdays post.
